Serenita offers two room types, i.e. One-Bedroom & Studio, which can each accommodate
2 adults

Every room comes with its own
balcony and outdoor chairs
where you can enjoy the nice weather and open air.
One-Bedroom (44 sqm)
Our one-bedroom is located on the first floor.
It is fully furnished with a living area, kitchen and en-suite bathroom.
Studio (32 sqm)
Our studio rooms are located on floors 2-3 of the building.
Being 32 square meters in size, it is already larger than many one-bedrooms you will find in other buildings, so here you are assured of a spacious environment with all the amenities that you may need.
